- No refund. Exchange or merchandise credit only (no cash refunds)
- The customer has 10 days after the receipt of the order to ask for an exchange,
and till January 15th in the Holiday Season.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when making a return.
- In cases where the billing and mailing names differ, we consider the customer
to be the one whose name appears on the bill.
- Again, be sure to contact us first.
- Send the unused merchandise with labels still in place in the original packaging with a photocopy of the bill.
- The person making the return is responsible for insuring the goods against loss or damage during shipping.
